I tried CSGOBig, but the cashout fees really put me off. Every time I withdrew, it felt like more was being taken than I expected, and that made me second-guess whether it was worth the risk. I’m careful with where my money goes, so once the fees started adding up, I decided I’m not using it again.

I got restricted all of a sudden with no clear explanation, and trying to get help was so frustrating. Support just kept sending what felt like copy-paste replies that didn’t actually answer anything. Like, if you’re going to ban or restrict someone, at least explain what happened? I wasn’t asking for much, just a real answer from an actual person.
